3. Knowledge background: Familiar with design specifications, understand relevant national regulations and policies, have experience in photovoltaic solar projects, construction procedures and quality specifications and other relevant management knowledge;
4. Work skills: more than one year of work experience in power system project engineering costs, familiar with power engineering quotas;
5. Computer skills: skilled use of CAD drawing and related software;
6. Other requirements: Good health, adapt to overseas business trips, and able to withstand work pressure.

1. Responsible for preparing budget and quotation work for bidding projects, drafting construction contracts, supplementary agreements, etc.;
